The Heart Must be the Mediator Between the Head and the Hands

A journey into the heart. Why we NEED more heart-led purpose driven leaders

I’ve been on an interesting journey lately.

A journey I believe we all need to go on if we ever want to get back to being the healthy, joyful, and sovereign humans beings God created us to be.

You see, the world is sick right now and personally, I believe the core reason has to do with the quote above.

This is from Metropolis, a silent film created back in 1927. I never thought I’d find myself watching a silent film from the 1920’s, but this one really called to me for some reason, and now, a year later, I’m starting to understand why.

Metropolis really paints a picture of what happens to society when the mind gets to run the show…

In the film the mind is represented by the Elites of the city and the Hands are represented by the workers who keep the city running by working the machines underground.

Here’s the full quote to give you some more context:

Maria: "Head and hands need a mediator. The mediator between head and hands must be the heart!"

Worker: "But where is our mediator, Maria?"

Maria: "Wait for him! He will surely come!"

The workers lived in terrible conditions, were getting sick all the time, and were simply miserable and the elites had no empathy or compassion for them until one man decided to go down and live like one of them by working the machines.

He realized the horrible conditions and started to empathize and have compassion for them. Maria is alluding that this man, an elite, has found his heart and is going to be the mediator between the elites and the workers, AKA the head and the hands.

Now how does this relate to our world today and the personal journey I’ve been on? And more importantly, why does this all matter right now?

It matters because right now we live in a world where the elites operate with no heart for the people that produce their wealth and keep their capital machines running.

Chronic disease is at an all time high, wars are happening worldwide, genocide is taking place, murder, depression, psychotic breaks, infant mortality still on the rise, and on and on it can go.

And this isn’t meant to be a rant with “Fuck the elites and burn the system!” (It was tried in the movie and many of the workers died from it).

This is simply to bring your awareness to this…

We as a human species and culture have been disconnected from our hearts and bodies. Literally imagine someone just cut off our bodies and we’re floating around in our heads living our lives. There is no heart connection, no body connection, and ultimately no connection to God because of it.

My journey of late has been a deep dive back into my heart and a deeper connection with God, Self, and Nature.

My heart is huge.

Physically it beats stronger than most. Energetically my hearts EMF field is larger than most. And emotionally I feel more than most having immense empathy and compassion for others, which is what drives me on my mission of nature reconnection and love.

And with this, brings my greatest challenge of all, which is expressing fully and leading from my heart.

It’s scary to be seen and it’s scary to be open with my heart.

But as I dive deeper into myself, healing old wounds and rewriting the stories within, I’m finding the courage to finally express and lead with my heart.

I FEEL ALIVE AGAIN!

I don’t know if I ever truly felt the immense amount of love that is held within my heart for myself, others, and nature.

I’m here to love and the expression of that love is part of my gift to humanity.

A mediator between the head and the hands…

I know you’ve felt it before, that disconnect and emptiness within, like something is missing and keeping you from really expressing and being able to love others or even yourself.

It’s not your fault…

Society has genuinely done their best to make sure we were raised to be disconnected from our hearts.

“Feed the machine at all costs!”

This is what the head tells the hands when there is no mediator. When there is no heart involved with decisions, that is when shadows, wounds, and peoples fears get to run the show.

The elites want to keep taking more and more resources (Including human beings as slaves, modern day slavery looks very different), because they fear what happens if they lost it all and had to face themselves and the harm they’ve done to humanity and Earth.

Their actions are atrocious, but I’m here to say we can take a stand!

Take a stand for ourselves, our health, our joy, and our FREEDOM!

We are not meant to be slaves of a system run by disconnected, unempathetic, wounded adult children.

And I’m here to tell you that to change this system and create a better present and future for the next generations, it’s starts with us relearning how to connect to our bodies and hearts.

It starts with you loving yourself again and allowing yourself to make decisions from love vs fear.

This is what it means to be a heart-led leader.

You no longer are victim to the fears that have been keeping you stuck, unhappy, and hurting others along the way.

You no longer hide from responsibility, but embrace it out of love for yourself and a love for all of humanity, because you feel how intimately connected we all are and you empathize with the wounded parts that are keeping others out of their hearts.

My gift is to be a mediator for you from your head to your hands, and teach you within that how your own heart can be the mediator.

This is the revolution of love and nature reconnection that will impact the next 7 generations and beyond.

This is how we come back to being human.

This is love!
